Step 2: Send Your Package Once you have received our instructions, return the items to the address we provide you. Make sure to use a shipping method with a tracking code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a shipping option with tracking.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.
